The Ready by Five Early Childhood Provider Network
The Ready by Five Early Childhood Millage provides dedicated and sustainable funding for programs that improve children's health, school readiness, and well-being. Outreach and Navigation Providers
Outreach aims to increase the usage of early childhood programs and community resources by engaging future parents and families with young children who are not currently involved or aware of available services. As needs are identified, navigation helps address barriers to accessing services, information, and resources.
These Ready by Five providers work as a greater network to ensure families get the early childhood resources or services they need:

Healthy Development
Healthy Development programs aim to improve the lives of families in Kent County by promoting healthier births, overall child health and well-being, and ensuring children are on track developmentally. These are the Ready by Five funded Healthy Development Programs:
- Arbor Circle
- Bethany Christian Services
- Family Promise
- Health Net of West Michigan
- Healthy Homes Coalition of West Michigan
- Hispanic Center of Western Michigan
- Kent County Health Department
- YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids
Early Learning Programs
High-quality early learning experiences help children develop their thinking, social, and emotional skills. These programs include play and learn groups, support for caregivers, and connections to early intervention services. Early Learning providers include:
- Comprehensive Therapy Center
- Grand Rapids Community College
- Kent ISD
- PlaygroundGR
- Vibrant Futures
Parenting Education and Support
Home Visiting Services offer parents support and information from trained professionals, such as nurses or parent educators. Appointments occur in your home or any comfortable meeting place that is requested by the family. Millage-funded Home Visiting programs include:

- Kent ISD
- MomsBloom
- Vibrant Futures
Translation and Interpretation Services. These agencies provide interpretation and translation services (in-person, telephone, and written) to programs that are funded by Ready by Five. Services are conducted by:
