To better convene and collaborate with community partners, we have a couple of portals for groups to share what they're working on, any resources that might help the network, events for partners and parents, etc.
The Ready by Five Millage Partner Portal is for any partner or organization funded through Ready by Five.
The Early Relational Health (ERH) Portal is a collaborative space for parents, nonprofit providers, and medical providers helping us advance ERH in Kent County.

At First Steps Kent, we sometimes have short-term, paid opportunities that support our mission and help advance a strong early childhood system in Kent County.
These opportunities are not full-time or ongoing positions. Instead, they are ad-hoc, flexible roles that come up periodically and may include things like:
- Providing child care at parent- and family-facing events
- Supporting advocacy or community outreach efforts
- Assisting with campaigns or awareness efforts
- Helping at community events, meetings, or trainings
- Sharing parent or caregiver voice and lived experience to inform our work
