With impending changes to Medicaid’s telehealth policy, Ready by Five Service Providers will be expected to align Ready by Five funded services with the telehealth policies set forth by their respective program models. Please be prepared to provide documentation to your Funding Administrator during the annual assessment of your telehealth policies.
